How to buy and read Kindle books from the Gulf

Dr. Samir Zeidan's books are published as Kindle editions on the US Amazon store, amazon.com. You may not find them in your local Amazon store (such as amazon.ae or amazon.sa), which mainly sells print books. Buying from amazon.com is simple and needs no Kindle device.

Four steps

    Open the book link in your browser

    Every "Buy on Amazon" button on this site opens the book's page on amazon.com directly. Open it in your phone or computer browser (Safari or Chrome), not in the Amazon Shopping app or the Kindle app.

    Sign in to Amazon

    Your existing Amazon account works, or create a free one. If the site offers to switch you to your local store, choose to stay on amazon.com. You need a bank card that accepts online payments.

    Buy the book

    Press "Buy now with 1-Click" and the book is added to your library at once. The "Deliver to" menu lets you choose the device or app it goes to.

    Read in the free Kindle app

    Install the free Kindle app from the App Store or Google Play, or read on a computer at read.amazon.com, and sign in with the same account; the book will be in your library.

Why can't I buy inside the Kindle app?

The Kindle app on phones does not let you buy books inside it. Buy in the browser as above, then open the app; the book appears within moments. You can read the same book on several devices with the same account.

Every book has a free sample of its opening pages that you can read in the browser. Look for the "Read a free sample" button on each book's page on this site.
